Audacious Heir™ is a publication, community, and movement centering Black eldest daughters. Our content focuses on legacy, ease, culture, reflection, and personal growth.

These terms exist to create a respectful, safe, and empowering space for everyone who engages here.

Intellectual Property

All content published through Audacious Heir™; including but not limited to text, audio, video, images, frameworks, prompts, and branded language is the intellectual property of Arienne Janee’ unless otherwise noted.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly share this content without written permission. Sharing links or excerpts with clear credit is welcomed and encouraged.

Community Conduct

Whether you engage through comments, events, or membership spaces, you agree to:

• Avoid harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or personal attacks

• Honor confidentiality when participating in private conversations or communities

Violation of these standards may result in content removal or being removed from the community at my discretion.

Free and paid subscriptions are managed through Substack’s platform. By subscribing, you agree to Substack’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

If you choose a paid subscription or membership, you authorize Substack to process recurring payments. You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your Substack account settings. Refunds are managed in accordance with Substack’s policies.
